It may be early but a bright spot this soon into spring training has to be Byung-Ho Park. After a disappointing first year for the Twins it looked like his playing time in the majors may have been brief but it seems like a resurgence very early into spring training. Maybe removing that space between his name is doing the trick?
He is hitting for an AVG of .571 with two home runs in just 7 at bats, and these are not just your run of the mill home runs, no these things are absolute moon shoots to straight away center field. He is looking fantastic and maybe all of that potential that last year’s Twins lineup is finally coming to light, even if it’s just one year away.
Don’t get to excited though, after all it’s just spring training, and at least we have something to be excited about before certain disappointment hits us right in the face during the regular season.
